What type of ID do I need to get onboard?
For Nordic citizens, you need a valid ID or driver license. NON Nordic citizens need to be able to prove their identity, age and nationality with a valid passport or National ID card (a regular ID or driver’s license in not enough). Please make sure that your identification is valid on the day of departure.
Is there a dress code?
On this specific cruise cruise, we have these insprational dress theme words: CIRCUS - TIVOLI - FUNFAIR - MERR-GO-ROUND. But anything goes. Many guests really make an effort and bring crazy costumes. So whatever makes you fancy. And the photographers love it!
Does it cost anything to get into the clubs/dance floors on board?
No, all exept what you drink, eat and buy in the shops onboard are included. The dance floors are free and open to all.
Can I bring my own music?
Smaller sound systems such as bluetooth speakers, computer sound systems, etc are allowed in the cabins as long as you don’t disturb your neighbors. No music is allowed between 06.00-10:00 in the morning. It’s also an important security issue, not to prevent emergency announcements from being heard.
What currency and credit cards are accepted on board?
Cash EUR (but not SEK) as well as most major credit/charge cards are accepted on board. At the information desk (deck 7) you can change major foreign currencies to Euro. There’s a cash machine (where you can get both SEK and EUR) at the ferry terminal. There is also a cash machine onboard (only EUR) but we can’t guarantee that it works.
What if I get seasick?
The ship is a huge modern cruise liner and you will hardly notice that you are on a boat. On this cruise the ship will be out on the open sea for a few hours during the night. The remainder of the voyage will take place within the Stockholm, Mariehamn and Helsinki archipelago. You can ask for seasick pills at the information, deck 7.
